There will be several traffic changes around the Savannah Grass, commencing from 7am on Saturday 2nd March until Midnight on Tuesday 5th March 2019. These changes are to facilitate various Carnival activities at and around the Queen’s Park Savannah.

UPDATE: A Rep for Luke Perry told TMZ he is currently “under observation” at Hospital.
Luke Perry was rushed to Hospital yesterday morning (27th February 2019) after reportedly suffering a massive Stroke. The Los Angeles Fire Department received the distress call around 9:40am from Perry’s home in Sherman Oaks.
It is unclear what his current condition is right now. 
The 52-year-old Actor currently stars on The CW's comic book adaptation Riverdale. On Wednesday, Fox announced a revival of Beverly Hills, 90210, where Perry famously played Dylan McKay during the original show's run through the 1990s.
While his former Co-Stars (Jennie Garth, Ian Ziering, Jason Priestly, Brian Austin Green, Tori Spelling and Gabrielle Carteris) will be on the revived series, Perry has not signed on to the project.

In order to improve driver safety on the Highways, the Ministry of Works and Transport will be carrying out Median works on the Southbound lane of the Uriah Butler Highway (UBH) for several days this week.
These works will take place near the Divali Nagar on Tuesday 26th February (9am - 3pm), Wednesday 27th February (9am - 3pm; 7pm - 11pm) and Thursday 28th February (9am - 3pm). See the Ministry’s Public Notice below for further information. 
The Water and Sewage Authority has now implemented its Water Supply Management Plan for the 2019 Dry Season after the recent Drought Warning from the Met Office.
Among some of their plans, WASA will be increasing their crackdown on illegal water connections as their Security Officers will be out in full force from 1st March 2019. You can also be fined for other personal misuses of water during this harsh Dry Season. Water is not even allowed to be used for Carnival “Wet Fetes.”
Amended Water Supply Schedules from WASA will be made available to the public on 1st March 2019.

Rapper Tyga was in attendance at the Sunset Room in Hollywood to celebrate Floyd Mayweather’s 42nd birthday on Saturday night - when things got violent. At some point during the night, Tyga got into a heated exchange with someone in the crowd and Security had to grab Tyga by his neck and drag him outside.
After he was forcibly thrown out of the Club, an angry Tyga tried to grab his Security Guard’s gun.
