The Trinidad & Tobago Police Service have made a multi-million dollar Drug, Firearm and Ammunition Bust at an Apartment in Regent Gardens, Westmoorings earlier today (4th December 2018).
However, the TTPS is advising citizens that certain posts circulating on WhatsApp and Social Media are simply “false news.” In particular, they have highlighted a WhatsApp post claiming that the girl in a yellow dress (pictured above) did not in fact assist TTPS with the operation. The Ministry of Works and Transport is advising citizens that there will be a temporary traffic disruption along the Sir Solomon Hochoy Highway (Northbound), from Corinth Overpass to Tarouba Overpass, from Thursday 6th December until Sunday 9th December 2018.

The Water and Sewage Authority is advising citizens that due to a disruption in the operation of the Point Lisas Desalination Plant, at least twenty (20) areas will be without water until the problem is rectified. Areas affected are in Central and South West Trinidad.
