UPDATE (2:15pm): Fire Officers have taken steps to secure the Children's Authority building on Wrightson Road after its roof was blown off (via @TTWeatherCenter).
Gusty winds has ripped off the roof of the Children’s Authority building on Wrightson Road in Port-of-Spain, shortly before 1pm today (Tuesday 22nd October 2019). The gusty winds then tossed loose galvanize into nearby Power Lines, causing a power outage across Western Trinidad. The Trinidad and Tobago Meteorological Service has warned of heavy showers and Thunderstorm activity for this afternoon.
