TTPS and Emergency Response Teams were dispatched to investigate several bomb threats on Friday 8th March 2019 after an alleged gang member claimed to have knowledge of bombs being planted at three (3) locations.
The Arima Magistrates Court, Mount Hope Hospital and an IT Store in Central were all thoroughly checked out and thankfully no bombs were found at these locations.
TTPS is reminding citizens that it is a criminal offense to make a false report to Police and under the Anti-Terrorism Act, you can face life in prison if convicted.
