Prime Minister Keith Rowley announced at a Press Conference this afternoon (Saturday 24th October 2020) that all beaches and coastal waters will be accessible from Monday.
The Prime Minister pleaded with the public not to all congregate at popular beaches tomorrow (Sunday) or during the week. He also said that while persons are on the beach itself, masks are to be worn. Remove your mask before going into the water and put it back on after coming out. Persons are only allowed on beaches between 6am to 6pm and no partying or cooking will be allowed. Public gatherings are still restricted to ten (10) persons. Rivers and ponds remain closed at this time.
