Retired Police Sergeant Gary Alexander tragically died as a result of the injuries he sustained from setting himself on fire on the morning of Sunday 8th July 2018. It is alleged after having a heated argument with relatives at his house in Fyzabad, Sergeant Alexander left in his Kia Cerato and returned shortly after with a Gasoline Container. He then poured the flammable liquid on top the car, inside the car and on himself. He died the next day (Monday 9th July 2018) while being treated at the San Fernando General Hospital. In a historic World Cup Final that saw no less than six (6) goals, France emerged victorious over Croatia.
It was the first time since 1958 that we saw six (6) goals in Regular Time during a World Cup Final. France’s Kylian Mbappe became only the second Teenager to score in a World Cup Final, after Pele. France’s Antoine Griezmann has been voted “Man of the Match” after scoring a goal in the World Cup Final. This accident took place early this morning (12th July 2018) in Libertville, Rio Claro - the Driver was pinned beneath the mangled car but thankfully managed to survive.
He swerved his car in order to avoid a pot hole but lost control soon after. His only major injury was a broken arm.
