The Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation (TTPost) is once again advising the general public of fraudulent SMS text, WhatsApp and email messages being circulated to customers requesting them to: “Make online payments for packages and updating/uploading your personal information.”
In a Public Notice issued on Tuesday (7th May, 2024), TTPost said, “Please take note that TTPost has not requested personal information from our customers or issued any messages regarding online payments. These fraudulent notifications are not associated with TTPost.” Please visit TTPost’s official website (https://ttpost.net) as your secured source for information regarding their services.

The Corporation said it is “actively working on addressing this issue and will be implementing measures to rectify this as soon as possible. At this time, we ask that you kindly remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
