As another low-level trough brings moisture and instability to Trinidad and Tobago from the Southeast this weekend, moderate to heavy showers are moving across parts of Northern and Central Trinidad as of 11am this morning (Sunday 14th March 2021). Gusty winds and Street/Flash Flooding are possible. Overall heavier rainfall is expected to favor the Eastern and Southern areas of Trinidad this weekend. There are no Alerts, Watches, or Warnings in effect for T&T from the Trinidad and Tobago Meteorological Service (TTMS) at this time. Even though we are in the midst of the Dry Season, the Met Office did predict a wetter than usual one, especially during March to May 2021. What’s the weather like at your location today?
