In what has turned out to be a deadly weekend for road traffic accidents, a Wallerfield man was killed while driving along the Valencia stretch early Saturday morning (9th April 2022). The deceased man has been identified as Daniel Williams of Jacob Hill. According to reports, Williams was driving a silver Nissan Wingroad wagon with a female passenger, proceeding West along the Valencia stretch when at around 2:15am, he lost control of his vehicle in the vicinity of the roundabout at the bypass. The vehicle flipped several times then landed on its hood.
