In a Media Release today (Tuesday 9th August 2022), the Public Transport Service Corporation (PTSC) said it wishes to advise the general public that effective Monday 15th August 2022, a nominal maintenance fee of $2.00 will be charged to persons wishing to use its Port-of-Spain public washroom facilities.
The PTSC said this is an effort to improve its overall customer service experience, “as we plan to upgrade our facilities to meet the daily needs of our commuters. The PTSC remains committed to serving its commuters by improving the customer service experience by implementing an increased maintenance schedule.” What are your thoughts on this move?
