The National Insurance Board of Trinidad and Tobago (NIBTT) is advising the public that full walk-in services will be available at all locations from 8am to 3pm, starting on Wednesday 1st September 2021. The Arima Collection Centre, however, will open from 10am to 5pm.

Drop boxes are also conveniently located for cheques. Claims submissions continue to be by appointment only. Benefit Claims Guidelines and Checklist available on NIBTT's website to assist with verification before claims submission. All COVID-19 protocols continue to be observed. I have attempted to make an appointment for Retirement and Survivor benefits but cannot seem to get one for any location before June and in some cases September. I have completed the required applications and would like to know if I can get an appointment before the end of May. Looking forward to your response.
