Samsung has sent out Media Invitations today for its next “Unpacked” Event where they are expected to unveil the Galaxy Note 9.
Rumors suggest that the new Note 9 will have slightly smaller top and bottom bezels than the Note 8, which will result in a 2mm smaller chassis. There will also be improvements to the “S Pen.” Although earlier rumors suggested there will be an In-Display Fingerprint Reader, that is apparently not happening.
This year Samsung will be unveiling the Note 9 about a month ahead of Apple’s highly-anticipated 2018 iPhones.
See Samsung’s Media Invite below which reveals the date of the Note 9 Event.
The Event will take place on August 9th 2018 in New York. The Media Invite appears to show the button of the “S Pen,” which is the Stylus included with Note devices.
2016 was the year Samsung unveiled its Note 7 to the World, which turned out to be a disastrous year as many of those devices ignited and caused multiple injuries due to its faulty batteries. Will you be upgrading to the Note 9 this year? Let us know in the comments.
Armed Bandits made off with TT $250,000 early this morning at the Gulf View Branch of Massy Stores. At approximately 6am as employees were arriving to start their Shift, they were held up at gun point, forced to enter the Store and then tied up.
