A white Nissan B15 collided with a trailer truck around 7am this morning (Thursday 6th February 2020) on the Mosquito Creek, causing heavy traffic on that recently opened section of roadway without a Shoulder.
John Benjamin, the driver of the B15, allegedly fell asleep behind the wheel according to Police. His father, Terrance Benjamin, was a passenger in the car. Both men were rushed to Hospital where John is currently in stable condition while his father is in critical condition at this time. The truck driver has been identified as Radish Jonathan. There are no reports of him being seriously injured. Drivers were redirected onto the adjacent old road to alleviate the major traffic caused by the early morning accident. We are a small operation.
